OSB maintains a proactive interface with its participants throughout the program. The Dean and the Executive MBA Director closely monitor participant performance and feedback for continuous participant development and program improvement.

At the same time, upon completion of all foundation-level core courses in the Executive MBA program, the participant is teamed with a faculty member for the completion of the required consulting project/practicum. In additional to project guidance and oversight, the faculty member acts as academic advisor, mentor and coach to the participant.
