The Middle East Human Resources Forum
As the global war for talent intensifies, the
Human Resource (HR) function has become an integral component of
corporate strategy. The Middle East Human Resources Forum (MEHRF)
explores the regional impact of this phenomenon by bringing together
regional leaders in the private, public and nonprofit sectors and OSB
students and faculty members to discuss the human capital challenges
and opportunities facing businesses in the Middle East today. The
Forum’s objective is to provide a synergistic idea exchange platform –
a bridge between the academic world, regional HR professionals and
business leaders in order to improve organizational effectiveness and
business performance through human capital management and development.
