Profit & loss responsibility for real estate development company. Responsible for 45 employees.

Completed numerous residential buildings in Martakla and Naccache, Lebanon.

Designed and implemented lease and sales incentive programs. Managed $85M annual marketing department budget, including annual planning.

Senior Marketing Planning Administrator (1993-1995): Involved in marketing analysis, carline planning and budget/incentive management. Developed key tracking and forecasting tools for incentive programs.

Senior Direct Marketing Administrator (1990-1993): Responsible for all direct marketing activities and owner communications. Managed the Lexus prospect and owner database. Executed 20 nationwide mailings resulting in 23,000 test drives & 3,300 sales.

Short Term Consulting Engagements

January  2006 - March  2006.
Brainpower sal. Hazmieh, Lebanon.
Short-term consulting assignment for a pharmaceutical company, Sanofi-Aventis, titled "Open Executive Forum - Optimizing Human Potential".
The merger of Sanofi and Aventis brought together two very different corporate cultures. As a result, this major pharmaceutical company was facing personnel issues in its Beirut regional office. Through the administration of a questionnaire and open discussion, the task was to improve communication and team work.
