Responsible for implementation of various IT-based streamlining efforts in the state (e.g., Florida, Delaware, and California) and county/regional governments (e.g., Suffolk County, Massachusetts; Atlanta Regional Commission; Boston Metropolitan Regional Planning Council). Managed a team 3 of senior consultants and 10 junior members developing various systems integration solutions. Performed management consultancy and systems integration services for 3 state governments and 5 counties in the U.S.A.; total value of contracts, 2.5 M USD.

Responsible for implementation of information solutions to aid the new planning efforts instituted by the redevelopment authority especially to enable the construction of “Big Dig” (10 B USD project to revamp transportation network in central Boston). Managed a team of 8 employees in support of developing various information and policy inputs for the Big Dig efforts within the BRA. Supported the successful development and implementation of several development alternatives all of which were adopted as a part of the final design of the Big Dig.

The World Bank. Middle East North Africa Region, Urban, and Infrastructure Division. Sana’a, Yemen.
Prepared an assessment report of the land sector to identify inefficiencies in the institutional and organization structure as well as the business processes and computerized systems. This is being used to prepare an improvement program for a land in the land sector.
